Keep the studio running. Calendar, intake, vendors, contracts, and the daily small choices that make the rest of the team's work easier. You'll be the operational center of gravity for a small, growing firm.
Run the front of our pipeline — owner outreach, intake conversations, qualification, and the relationship work that brings projects to the studio. You'll partner directly with the co-founders on every active opportunity.
Run a project from contract to closeout. You'll partner with the superintendent on the field and the owner on everything else — RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedule, and the relationship.
