Using the site
You're welcome to read this site, share it, and quote from it with attribution. Don't use it to host malware, probe for vulnerabilities, scrape for resale, or attempt to impersonate Stardem or its employees. Don't use our marks or photography in ways that imply endorsement we haven't given.
What's on the site
Project descriptions, photography, and editorial copy are presented for general information about Stardem's work. Specifications, costs, schedules, and partner credits shown in case studies were accurate at the time of completion and may not reflect current standards or costs.
Nothing on this site is a construction estimate, a binding cost figure, or an offer to build. Estimates and contracts are issued separately, in writing.
The contact form
The contact form is a way to reach us. Submitting it doesn't create a contract, an attorney–client relationship, or an obligation on our part to take on the work. We respond within a week — see our privacy notice for what we do with submissions.
Photography and intellectual property
Project photography on this site is licensed from the photographers listed on each case study. Architects and partners listed retain their own credits. The Stardem wordmark, logo, copy, and the design of this site are our property.
For press and editorial requests, write admin@stardemconstruction.com. We're glad to hand over hi-res assets and approved captions.
Outbound links
We sometimes link to architects, photographers, partners, and articles. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for what's on them.
No warranty on the site itself
We work to keep the site accurate and online, but we provide it "as is." We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current at any given moment. To the extent permitted by law, Stardem disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Project work
Anything Stardem actually builds is governed by the construction agreement signed for that project — design fees, scope, schedule, change-order process, warranty, dispute resolution, and so on. Those terms control over anything on the website if there's ever a conflict.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes about the website (not about a construction project) will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
Updates
We update these terms occasionally. The effective date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes are flagged at least 30 days before they take effect.
