A small detached studio at the back of a primary residence — a guest house, an office, and a quiet end to the garden.
The owner needed a place to take calls and host out-of-town family without turning the main house inside out. We sited the studio at the rear of the lot, inside the existing canopy, with a low-slope roof that disappears below the fence line.
Inside, a primary room, a small kitchenette, and a bath. Outside, a brick path that ties it to the main house. From the street, you don't see it at all.
