A 1962 ranch pulled gently into the present without losing what made it want to be looked at.
Three previous remodels had rounded the corners of the original geometry. We pulled them off, found the studs the architect intended, and rebuilt to drawings that were already correct.
New mechanicals, full envelope upgrade, and a second-story addition that reads as a quieter sibling rather than a louder one.
