A 1924 craftsman bungalow, structurally retrofit and reopened with a rear addition that doesn't pretend to be older than it is.
The bungalow was on the city's historic-overlay list. We worked with the Heights Heritage District from week one and replaced timbers in-kind, board for board, until the building could carry occupants again.
The rear addition slots inside a steel hat that doesn't touch the historic shell — modern inside, period-appropriate from the street.
Photography in progress. Frames above stand in for documentation while we set dates with the project's photographers.
